    Tim joined Liatrio as a DevOps Consultant and has been a key contributor to the execution of DevOps Dojos and team uplifts. He is responsible for implementing strategic software development transformations and pipeline engineering, including cultural practices, engineering and automation tooling, and continuous delivery thinking. Tim has led multiple Fortune 100 organizations through DevOps culture, delivery, and engineering practices through hands-on Dojos, workshops, and trainings. With a specialization in low-level implementation, he has helped onboard teams in quality engineering and test automation. With a wide-ranging skill set spanning business, technology, and culture, he provides insights for teams to think holistically and solve problems together using foundational BDD principals and supporting automation tools. For Tim, the DevOps mindset is more than just a software delivery practice, it is a way of life. He enjoys applying iterative learning and flow process into his day-to-day at home.Outside of work, he enjoys simple living, family, reflection, mountains, and coffee.
